With the Amsterdam Museum of Resistance (Verzecki Museum) closed for renovation, the museum has found another way to preserve Dutch history and from May 15 will offer tours of the streets of the Dutch capital on the 90-year-old resistance tram.

The Vercetstrom The guided tour begins at the museum in the east of Amsterdam and runs along an hour-long route through the city, which will pass a number of places that played an important role in the occupation of Amsterdam and the persecution of Jews during World War II.

The guide will give passengers information about the unusual 90-year-old tram, as well as the Hollandsche Schouwburg, Muiderpoort station, the Waterloopline alert, the February strike and more!

Tickets cost 24.50 euros, tours are held every Sunday from March 15.
